Become a Member

To be eligible to join Inchyra boat club you must first become a member of the civil servant sports council (CSSC) details for this are below. Inchyra boat club membership is currently set at £55 per year plus the cost of your CSSC membership.

CSSC membership is open to current and retired civil servants and public sector employees. This includes local government employees, National Health Service (NHS) staff, emergency services employees, and the military. If you work for a private company that takes on civil service and/or public sector work you may be eligible to join. Check the CSSC list of eligible employers, or contact the CSSC on 01494 888444. If you are not otherwise eligible you can become a CSSC linked member by asking an existing CSSC member to sponsor you.

CSSC Membership costs less than £5 per month and can be paid monthly from your salary or government pension or by annual direct debit. 

How much does it cost?

CSSC membership costs £59.88/annually (£53.88 if you receive a pension) or £4.99/monthly Direct Debit (£4.49 if you receive a pension).
